PRE-BOARDS
Why are pre-boards important? Pre-board exams are essential to enable students identify their weak areas, work on their mode of preparation, understand the pattern, and work on their writing speed and the approach towards preparation. However, this should not be a reason for amplifying the stress levels and lose confidence in the preparation levels. Pre-board marks do not determine one's final score in the boards and are only an indication of the current level of preparation. They will only prepare one to face the main board exam with confidence and enable you to score more. Consistency is the key: Often, students scoring fewer marks or failing the pre-boards are made to believe that they are not going to fare well in their main exams as well. That is not true. The same goes for an exemplary score in the pre-boards. This should only be treated as an indicative performance and a platform to analyse the current position.
